You've got your 1lb bin of spirlunia, you ask your self now what? This superfood is powerful! Start small, follow the below steps for optimum progress.
- Week 1
- Use 1/8 teaspoon in your tea or water with lemon in the morning.
- Enjoy your morning, read the paper, relax while drinking your beverage.
- 1/2 way through the week up the quantity to 1/4 teaspoon.
- Week 2
- Idea is to up the quantity and eat over two meals.
- Continue with your tea routine, use 1/8 teaspoon.
- Add a sprinkle to your lunch, soup, salad, mix in with salsa, etc.
- Get creative here, you can add it to anything
- Week 3
- Use 1/2 teaspoon for each meal
- Week 4
- Use 1 teaspoon for each meal: breakfast, lunch, dinner
